Through Jim’s acting career, he played a few characters in movies without being credited – making it rather difficult to know for certain how many films was in and roles he had.
Run Silent, Run Deep – 1958
This movie takes place on a U.S Navy submarine in World War II, where Jim can be seen clearly in quite a few shots as a crewmember. This is his first movie appearance.

Classic disaster movie, Jim can be spotted in the very background of some shots. This is also one of his last movie appearances along with The Godfather Part II
A little bit of a difficult spot…
Unfortunately, as this may have been a pattern for him to appear in movies uncredited, he may have been in more movies/shows, but it would be incredibly difficult to be able to know which ones.
His name was never in the credits of these movies, but newspapers and articles confirmed them:
